Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage, a healing modality which is deeply nourishing for the body, mind and soul. It encourages the receiver to connect with the body and invites the mind to let go, it gives the receiver an experience of how it is to feel loved and cherished, to experience being held and nourished in a space of non judgement, it can have profound healing effects, creating warmth and safety, promoting a feeling of being at home in your body.

Lomi Lomi just means to massage, it is also known as the loving hands massage working with principles of Huna. Lomi is much more than a physical massage, it is carried out with long loving strokes, like waves in the ocean, sometimes massaging more than one part of the body at one time, therefore encouraging the mind to let go.
